Call the main customer service number because they literally lie in this office. Currently obtaining the recorded call of me canceling my policy because they’re literally liars not exaggerating accusing me of their mistake of canceling my mothers rental policy. Their customer service skills are a 0/10 and they need better training, they clearly have no clue what they’re doing. No one at State Farm wants to take accountability for their mistakes.
