"I went into the Teri Starry SF office and was immediately greeted by agent Laurel. I had Qs about an extremely high, rate increase (double from last year and about six times higher than when the policy was initially issued) for a current auto added liability/uninsured motorist policy I've carried for quite a few years. The reason for the increase was immediately explained to me (the explanation didn't make me any happier), and Laurel agreed to get me rate quotes for a number of policy options and coverage combinations. Quotes were received within a few hours with plenty of time for me to make a coverage decision prior to the policy due payment."
